Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both plans start with a 7 day trial. A card is required, nothing is charged before day 7, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. From your account, open Manage subscription and cancel in one click. Your portals stay live until the end of the current period.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, that is it. You can add a password per portal for confidential work.
Which version of Illustrator do I need?
Illustrator 2023 or newer (Creative Cloud), on macOS or Windows. See the install guide.
What happens to my portals if I stop?
They stay online for 14 days after your period ends, then archive. Reactivate anytime to bring them back.
