Anchr Portal

A page your client bookmarks.
Not a file they lose.

Publish the brand from Illustrator to anchr.tools/b/your-brand. Your client opens the link, copies a colour code, downloads the exact logo file, and always sees the current version. No account, no attachment, no final-final-v3.

What your client sees.

A page in the brand's own colours, in the order a client looks for things. Empty sections are simply not shown.

Colours

Every colour of the palette with its HEX, RGB and CMYK values. One click copies the code, which is what the developer and the printer will do first.

Typography

Header, subheader and body specimens in the brand's typefaces, with their names and weights.

Logos

Logomark, logotype and full logo on light and dark tiles, one download per format. The right file, in the right format, without asking you.

Usage

The do's and don'ts you set in the panel, so the rules travel with the files.

Files

Anything else you attach, and a Download all button that hands over the whole pack as one zip.

Always current

Each publish is a new version and the link serves the latest one. The client never holds an outdated file, because they never held a file.

From the panel to the link.

  1. Fill the Portal tab

Logos, brand name, palette, the three type roles, an optional about text. Most of it is already there if you built the brand in this file.

  2. Preview

A local preview shows the page as the client will see it, before anything leaves your machine.

  3. Publish

The brand lands as a draft in your account hub at anchr.tools, with its files and its zip.

  4. Review and put online

Check it in the hub, then put it online. Send the link. The next publish becomes version 2 at the same address.

Yours to control.

Questions designers ask.

Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, that is it.
Can I use my own domain?
Not today. Every portal lives at anchr.tools/b/ followed by the brand's short name, which is the address your client bookmarks.
What if the client asks for a change?
Change it in Illustrator, publish, review in the hub and put it online. The address does not change, so the link they already have shows the new version.
Is the portal visible on Google?
No. Client portals carry a noindex tag, so search engines leave them out. Only the example portal on this site is indexed.
Can the client download the source files?
They download what you publish: the logo files in each format, the files you attach, and the zip of the whole pack. Your .ai stays with you unless you attach it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your portals stay online until the end of the paid period, then 14 more days, then archive. Resubscribe at any time and they come back. Nothing is charged during the 7 day trial.
